This Non-DVM Abdominal Ultrasound certification program is for RDMS/RDCS (or equivalent) and CVT (or equivalent) candidates only. There is a different certification program for veterinarians.

Submission of the application will put you in the queue for the program. The first 10 applicants accepted will be able to start the program, and as the bugs get worked through, additional individuals will be accepted and enrolled. This is anticipated to take a couple months, but at least you will be in the queue to be evaluated for acceptance into the program!

You must be an IVUSS member to apply for this program. If you are not a member, please go to the Membership section on the top menu and join.

1. License or certification number
2. Ultrasound machine manufacturer, model, transducers available
3. Estimated monthly case load
4. Date of course completion, Instructor name, and syllabus for Echocardiography or Abdominal ultrasound courses
